| Please review the information below, If agreeable, please respond and we will set the process in motion! Our absolute minimum quantities are 1,200 pcs., for all custom stuffed animals and mascots. Typically a 6" to 8" tall animal or mascot doll will cost about $1.75 to $3.30 each depending on the complexity of the design. What to expect: We will quote you on the actual cost per piece within the next 5 to 10 days, as well as create a FREE "trial sample" at no cost to you, based on receiving your submitted art work and size requirements. (Front, back and side views are preferred) The following is standard procedure you can expect in the development o your custom plush mascot... Step 1 - You submit likeness of your character or mascot including as much information as possible. (by email preferred), to: spp@sccoast.net Step 2 - Prototype Creation, (estimated price quote and photos e-mailed to you for review within 5 to 10 business days). Step 3- Creation of Pre-Production Sample. A *Refundable $200.00 Deposit Required - First draft of your character shipped to you, (if requested), for your personal inspection and approval, (upon your approval of price quote). - Alterations to prototype, if needed - Second prototype photos delivered to you with changes (if needed) - Time-line- approximately 1 - 2 weeks for each prototype. *The $200.00 deposit is refunded to you when the Pre-Production reverts to an order. Step 4 -Upon Pre-Production approval Pre-Production Deposit; Our overseas manufacturing partners require a 50% deposit with the production run order. Remaining balance is due in full upon the goods being loaded at port of departure but prior to departure. Step 5 - Production - Confirmation of details - Full production of your plush toy or custom mascot - Designing, printing and sewing in of custom bum tag - Shipping to the requested destination(s) - Time-line - With in approximately 12 weeks for final delivery of product to your doorstep Pricing is based on the following project details: - Development of a gift store quality Stuffed Figure a stuffed or beanie custom toy - Finished products will meet or exceed all International health and safety standards - Based on the information provided to date - Based on all Five steps being completed - Prices do not include applicable State taxes (USA only, if any) - FOB Port of departure via UPS, SCS, Inc., Port to door service. - Price is 'per piece' in US$ Payment schedules: All custom projects require a 50% deposit with official purchase order upon approval of 3-D prototype. Balance is due upon completion of manufacturing process but prior to shipping from port of departure. We offer a standard non-disclosure agreement by request, for the protection of your designs.
